The Team:
Marketing Department - the marketing team not only manages the representation of the Mica Brand nationally and the maintenance thereof, they implement a saturated media campaign throughout the year consisting of TV, radio, monthly leaflets and magazine advertising.
Merchandise and Buying Department - a fully functional buying team are responsible for category management by sourcing innovative ranges, creating retail pricing strategies and facilitating supplier negotiations. Mica continues to import and extend its Exclusive Brand ranges thereby increasing your competitive advantage.
Finance Department - the finance team assist in building financial models and in identifying any short comings that may be detrimental to your business and offer advice on how best to correct them.
Regional Operations Department - the success of the Mica Group depends on the success of its Members so we have a team of Regional Managers who manage regions by means of regular store visits offering the support needed at store level to ensure business success.
Training Department - the training team conduct regular in-house training sessions in retail skills and product knowledge.
Store Development & Expansion - the store development team continue to grow the Mica footprint throughout Africa. They offer assistance in locating the right site, negotiating lease and rental agreements, design and architectural footprint as well as store layout and brand representation.
