Competition Terms and Conditions:

  1. This is a legitimate private (promotional competition) as defined in the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and elsewhere, and is not connected to any government or official lottery.
  2. In order to enter, applicants need to fill out our online form by clicking the link provided in the competition Facebook post to stand a chance to WIN 1 of 5 Russell Hobbs Everyday Kettle & Toaster Sets worth R1400 each. Competition valid from 26 July – 7 August 2022.
  3. Entrants must be over 18 years old and a resident in South Africa.
  4. Employees, suppliers, family members of the sponsor and other prohibited people may not enter.
  5. The results of the competition will be based on a random draw of all participating entrants.
  6. The closing date for the draw is midnight on the 7 August 2022. The winners will be notified within 7 days of the closing date.
  7. Prize winners will be notified via Facebook or via phone or email. Should a winner be unreachable within 7 days, a redraw will take place at the discretion of Mica Investments PTY (Ltd).
  8. Prize winners will need to collect their prize from their closest Mica Store or it will be sent via courier, this will be advised over the phone when contacted by Mica Head Office.
  9. Incomplete or incorrect submission of details will render the entry null and void.
  10. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  11. The judges’ decision is final.
  12. Please be aware of scammers that pose as Mica Hardware and do not fall victim.
