Competition Terms and Conditions:

  1. This is a legitimate private (promotional competition) as defined in the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and elsewhere, and is not connected to any government or official lottery.
  2. In order to enter, applicants need to fill out our online form by visiting the Mica website on www.mica.co.za to stand a chance to Win a roof makeover from Flash Harry. Competition valid from 12th July – 7th August 2022.
  3. Entrants must be over 18 years old and a resident in South Africa.
  4. Employees, suppliers, family members of the sponsor and other prohibited people may not enter.
  5. The results of the competition will be based on a random draw of all participating entrants.
  6. The closing date for the draw is midnight on the 7th of August 2022. The winners will be notified within 8 days of the closing date.
  7. Prize winners will be notified via phone or email. Should a winner be unreachable within 8 days, a redraw will take place at the discretion of Mica Investments PTY (Ltd).
  8. Prize winners will be contacted with regards to the prize redemption procedure.
  9. Incomplete or incorrect submission of details will render the entry null and void.
  10. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  11. The judges’ decision is final.
