After looters ravaged the Kwa-Zulu Natal province, Kwa Mnqandi Mica Build in Nongoma was left in tatters. Kwa Mnqandi Mica Build is a community hardware store that for the past 40 years has brought expert knowledge and advice in building materials and hardware to the area.

On the 25th of August 2021, with full commitment and support from the Mica Support Centre in all aspects of re-opening, the Bond and Carter Families’ Mica Store has re-opened its doors to serve their customers once more. The store’s new signage, branding and in-store concepts boast a brand-new look. Their shelves are re-stocked with the same familiar, top-quality brands and building materials and the store is proud to be part of the local Nongoma community again.

Looking forward, this is a new beginning for George Bond, Brad and Greg Carter and the Kwa Mnqandi Mica Build Team. Offering customers efficient service and access to a wide range of products, Kwa Mnqandi Mica Build stands tall as a member of the Mica Family.
